We are looking for a driven salesperson to make a difference in our Northwest Ohio/Toledo territory

As part of the Century Resources sales team, you'll engage with students and teachers throughout the territory sharing the most stable fundraising program in the industry.

You should expect to travel anywhere between 20 min to 2 hours from the Toledo area. This is a road warrior, boots on the ground position.

The right candidate will have a top-notch work ethic, ability to motivate students, understand the true meaning of a consultative sale, and be a self-starter.

This position will start at $65,000 (a combination of base salary + draw against commission). If sales goals are met within the school year, you can earn bonuses and commissions on top of that. The sky is the limit with earning potential over your career with us

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools to drive sales growth.
  • Engage in cold calling and networking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales and fundraiser kickoff presentations to showcase offerings effectively.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology and mobile applications to streamline sales processes and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Have outside sales experience
  • Live in Wood or Seneca County (see above) to be able to travel school-to-school; this is not a remote position and you will be on-the-road five days a week
  • Have a valid driver's license, insurance and reliable automobile
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
  • Be ready to set up and manage a personal business office in your home

Century Resources offers a starting base salary plus commission, bonus program, a comprehensive benefits package that includes 10 weeks of vacation and medical, dental, vision, plus an HSA program, and a 401k plan with match.
