We are currently seeking snow plow drivers and snow shovel personnel, this is an on call position and you must be dependable and want to work. We are looking for Motivated individuals that practice safety, have good work ethic and can be available when needed. $30-40 per hour. Positions can also finish out the current landscape season if desired.
  • Snow Truck Driver will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal in pick up truck with plow. Shifts are on-call and range from 4 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event. May require longer hours for larger storms. The season starts on the first snow fall. Pay depending on experience ranges from $30-40/hr
  • We are looking for Sidewalk Clearing Team Members in & around Jmesville/Dewitt NY to respond in a timely manner to snow events and assist in completing effective and safe snow removal throughout the areas assigned. Also help other locations outside coverage area when needed. Each Shoveler will have a proper equipment to complete the tasks. The position is required to perform all tasks in an effective, safe, and professional manner and is responsible for adhering to all policies and values.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Operate equipment or shovel to remove ice and snow from commercial accounts throughout assigned areas, which require early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidays.

    • Responds in a timely manner (within 30 minutes) when called to assist in snow removal.

    • Ensure that assigned properties under responsibility of this position are adequately and safely serviced when required.

    • Maintains clean and ready to go equipment needed for snow removal.

    • Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision to complete the job.
  • Pay depending on experience ranges from $30-40/hr

Morgan Meile is looking for both full time year round crew members and leaders as well as full-time summer crew members with opportunity to grow with our winter crews.

Mainly looking for experience landscape foreman at this time

- LAWN POSITIONS: Lawn crew leaders will work with crew team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and to make sure the lawns are completed properly.

Crew leaders/Foreman needed: $22-27 / hr, TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE, know how to operate lawnmowers, drive truck and trailer, lead and guide fellow crew members

Crew members: $17-22/hr, willing to work hard, operate small machinery (weed-eater and blower), work well with other crew members, and yes room to become a crew leader

- LANDSCAPE POSITIONS: Landscape crew leaders will work with crew team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and to make sure the landscape jobs are completed properly. Mulching, planting plants, installing rock, landscape trimming, ect.

Crew leaders/Foreman needed: $22-27 / hr

Crew members: $17-22/hr
