Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, and technical solutions that best meet their needs. You will provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshoot basic device issues, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, informed, and satisfying experience. The goal is to deliver exceptional service while consistently achieving and surpassing wireless sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction in all wireless sales interactions.

  • Assess customers' needs and recommend the ideal mobile devices, plans, accessories, and protection programs.

  • Stay fully knowledgeable on the latest smartphones, tablets, wearables, carrier offers, and promotions.

  • Greet customers, engage proactively, and answer all product-related questions clearly and confidently.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals (devices, activations, upgrades, accessories).

  • Process activations, upgrades, port-ins, SIM swaps, and device financing through POS and carrier systems.

  • Demonstrate product features, including camera functions, software updates, storage options, and connectivity.

  • Troubleshoot basic device issues to assist customers before referring to technical support.

  • Maintain the phone display area fully stocked, clean, functional, and visually appealing.

  • Cross-sell accessories such as cases, chargers, screen protectors, earbuds, and extended warranties.

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Build trust and long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Follow inventory control procedures and report missing or damaged items.

  • Suggest creative ideas to increase wireless sales (merchandising changes, promo bundles, demos).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wireless sales, retail sales, or customer service roles.

  • Strong understanding of smartphones, operating systems (iOS/Android), devices, and carriers.

  • Experience processing activations, upgrades, or POS transactions (preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, energetic, and tech-savvy personality.

  • Ability to explain technical information in simple, customer-friendly terms.

  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer concerns quickly.

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $ $16.00 per year
