Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Roving Building Services Engineer in Plymouth, MN. Individuals will start their workday in Plymouth, MN and travel to job sites with a company vehicle. This role is Monday - Friday 730am start time. This role is contract to hire days before conversion.

Salary Requirements: $25-$26/hour DOQ with mileage reimbursement – a company vehicle will be provided after training/probationary period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Checking and responding to security and safety issues
  • Testing and recommending new maintenance products
  • Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
  • Keeping documents of inspections and problems
  • Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control
  • Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repairing supplies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in maintenance – commercial experience is required.
  • HVAC experience is required.
  • Be able to pass a background check.
  • Have a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance – as this role will be roving between properties.
