Overview

Paid weekly-Hourly pay plus Bonus We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, with a focus on team development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register management and reconciliation.
  • Support budgeting processes and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
  • Drive retail sales by implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management or store management is preferred.
  • Strong cash handling skills with experience in operating cash registers.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability in training development and team management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
