Our client, a global investment management organization, is seeking a Marketing Reporting Associate to support firmwide reporting, RFP production, and strategic marketing content. In this role, you'll create client and consultant materials, manage detailed data, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, compelling communication. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of RFP experience within financial services and excels in writing, data management, and cross‑functional coordination.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Degree: Required
- Responsibilities include producing due‑diligence questionnaires and RFPs across a broad product lineup; maintaining firm and strategy‑level marketing content and data; partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance; managing information in consultant and third‑party databases; supporting relationship managers with data requests; contributing to marketing and client service initiatives; and developing an in‑depth understanding of investment philosophy, processes, and strategies.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of RFP and investment‑management experience; strong writing, analytical, and editorial abilities; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with RFP content systems; the ability to navigate dense investment language and extract key insights; strong organization and prioritization skills; comfort working independently and collaboratively; and high energy with a proactive, detail‑driven approach.
