Job Description

We're hiring an ADAS Technician to step into a specialized, high-demand role working with modern vehicle safety systems. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on automotive experience who wants to grow beyond traditional wrenching or body work and build a long-term career in ADAS calibration and diagnostics.

Currently, the owner handles all ADAS operations. This role is being created to take over those responsibilities and grow with the business. Strong upward mobility for the right person.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform pre- and post-repair scans for body shops and other automotive partners
  • Complete ADAS calibrations, including:
  • Forward-facing cameras
  • Radar systems
  • Blind spot monitoring
  • Park and proximity sensors
  • Access and follow OEM service information
  • Accurately document scan and calibration using OEM Tools and Software
  • Communicate professionally with body shops and partners

A typical day includes scanning multiple vehicles, performing calibrations, following OEM procedures, and working closely with collision repair professionals.

Experience & Qualifications

Preferred (one or more of the following):

  • 2+ years collision repair experience
  • 2+ years mechanic / automotive technician experience
  • Or equivalent hands-on experience working with vehicles in a professional or shop environment

Compensation & Benefits
