An automotive parts manufacturer located near Montgomery, AL is looking for a Korean-English Bilingual Quality Control Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities- Korean-English Bilingual Quality Control Specialist

· Ensure the company's production follows the quality compliance all time

· Perform product quality check and testing activities before and after production

· Maintain clean and safe workplace and ensure the team follows company procedure and policies

· Analyze the existing system and implement action plans for quality improvement

· Manage customer's complaints regarding quality issues and direct team accordingly

· Perform investigations for quality issues and analyze data for improvement

· Ensure everyone in the company follows safety protocol and report any unsafe environment

· Communicate closely with Production Department for any quality issues

· Build and maintain a professional relationship with team member for effective communication

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements- Korean-English Bilingual Quality Control Specialist

· Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and related-field

· Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in manufacturing industry

· Business-level of both Korean and English Language Skill REQUIRED

· Excellent Communication skills (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)

· Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment responsibly and effectively

· Team Worker, Punctual, Time-sensitive, Responsible, Detail-oriented, Self-motivated

· This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
