Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a company located in Alpharetta, GA.

What you'll do

  • Manage and coordinate project workflows for the Construction Supervisors.
  • Run and analyze project reports, redlining documentation based on current project updates.
  • Assist with financial tracking and subcontractor billing, ensuring HSE contractors are processed and paid.
  • Support client communications and provide project updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal leads to maintain project schedules and documentation accuracy.

Basic qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience in project coordination, administration, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: XLOOKUPs/VLOOKUPs, Word)
  • Familiarity with Google applications (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in engineering, construction, or telecommunications
  • Experience supporting field teams or managing subcontractor workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
