Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $150,000+ per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Senior Sales Executives to sell video marketing and short-form video services to brands, agencies, and eCommerce businesses across the U.S. market.

This is a hunter-focused individual contributor role:

  • No team management
  • Full focus on closing deals and driving revenue

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell video marketing services, including:
  • Short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • UGC-style advertising creatives
  • Monthly video subscription packages
  • AI Avatar and branding solutions

Work with:

  • Marketing and advertising agencies
  • DTC and eCommerce brands (Shopify, Amazon sellers)
  • Local and service-based businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
  • Prospecting → meetings → proposals → closing
  • Close deal sizes ranging from $200 to $10,000+
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and deal updates in the CRM
  • Coordinate smooth hand off to the production and delivery team
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience selling:
  • Marketing services, advertising, video, or digital services (strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and performance-oriented
  • Comfortable working onsite in Houston
  • English fluency required (Spanish is a plus)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary

  • $4,000 – $5,000 per month
  • Semi-monthly, subject to applicable taxes

Commission (Uncapped)

  • 5% – 15% commission per deal, depending on product type
  • Commission applies from Day 1, including during probation
  • Commission is paid on fully executed and fully collected contracts
  • No commission cap

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

  • Average Senior Performer: $80,000 – $100,000/year
  • Strong Performer: $120,000 – $150,000/year
  • Top Performers: $160,000+/year

PROBATION PERIOD

  • Probation Period: 2 months (60 days)
  • During probation:
  • Employee receives 80% of base salary
  • 100% commission applies from Day 1
  • Upon successful completion of probation:
  • Base salary increases to 100% of official salary
  • Employment status confirmed as Official Full-Time Employee

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

  • Monthly individual revenue target: $20,000 – $30,000
  • Performance is measured primarily by revenue closed
  • No rigid call or meeting quotas—results matter most

CAREER GROWTH

High-performing Senior Sales Executives who consistently exceed targets may be promoted to Sales Manager roles as the team scales, with access to:

  • Team override commissions
  • Manager KPI bonus structure
  • Leadership and team-building responsibilities
