Highland Florida is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry Level Managers. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and leadership while representing our client's products and services. You will learn how to connect with customers, recommend effective solutions, and gain the skills needed to grow into future Management roles.

As an Entry Level Manager, you will work side-by-side with experienced leaders to understand the full scope of the business. From customer interactions to team mentorship, you will be equipped with the tools to build a strong foundation in management while contributing to the success of our campaigns.

Areas of Training We Provide Our Entry Level Managers:

  • Clients products, services, and industry knowledge to provide customers with effective solutions
  • Sales strategies and customer engagement techniques to build confidence and drive results
  • Leadership development, including how to mentor, motivate, and support team members
  • Business operations such as account management, performance tracking, and territory planning
  • Professional communication and sales skills that prepare you for long-term success in management and client relations

Entry Level Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to explain products and services
  • Shadow experienced sales and account managers to learn proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Managers to achieve individual and team goals
  • Recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs and concerns
  • Support entry-level representatives by providing guidance and building teamwork skills
  • Participate in structured training sessions to develop leadership, communication, and business management skills
  • Track customer interactions and performance results to ensure quality service and continuous improvement

Entry Level Manager Desired Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications or related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • A student mentality and eagerness to learn about business, sales, and leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and dependable
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, leadership or as an Entry Level Manager is preferred but not required
  • High level of motivation, professionalism, and a drive to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62, $68,741.00 per year
