Where would you fit in the team?   

QA Testers ensure quality, reliability, and stability across SpendHQ's SI and PM solutions, as part of a shared responsibility model with Product, Development, and DevOps teams. You will participate in the full QA lifecycle: from ticket validation to release cycle testing on QA, Staging, UAT and Production environments, following our structured SDLC and QA governance framework. This includes both manual and automated testing, defect tracking, and close collaboration with development teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable releases. You will also contribute to test coverage reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that support our long-term quality and audit standards (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and autonomous, thrives in an entrepreneurial yet structured environment, and takes ownership of improving QA maturity and efficiency. 

What will your job entail?  
  • Test Planning & Strategy: Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on product specifications and requirements.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of applications.
  • Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are reported and managed effectively in collaboration with development teams.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression tests to ensure new features or changes do not break existing functionalities.
  • Test Execution & Validation: Execute test cases, analyze results, and validate system behavior against the requirements, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration with Development & Product Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and identify potential risks early in the development process.
What experience and skills do you need to succeed?  
 
Minimum Experience:
  • 2+ years of professional QA experience testing websites, web apps, or other web platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree and SaaS experience preferred. 
  • Strong experience in web platforms handling diverse datasets is a plus.
What You Bring To the Table: 
  • Testing Software/Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript) for writing automated test scripts and assisting in debugging. Playwright, UI.Vision, and Session Manager for functional and UI testing. Familiar with Postman for API testing and Allure for reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to catch small defects or discrepancies that could impact the product's quality and functionality.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify problems in the software and propose solutions to resolve them efficiently
  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to report issues, document test results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Starter: Takes initiative to begin projects independently and can work autonomously without supervision.

What you need to know?  
  • Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package. 
  • The role reports to our DevOps & QA Manager based in Lyon, FR and collaborates closely with the DevOps & Data Infrastructure Director based in Atlanta.
  • The position is based in our US Headquarters in Atlanta
