Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and rehash past customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing outreach and conversion rates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients over the phone.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.
