Marketing & Brand Manager

Grayce Bridal & Formal is a multi-location bridal & formal attire store that specializes in exemplary customer Experiences. Our sister brand, Grayce Leadership Solutions is a leadership & business coaching company led by our founder. We are seeking a multi-talented and multi-passionate professional to lead all marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and driven, able to work independently and lead a team with clarity, care, and passion. An interest in the fashion industry as well as leadership development would be key to establishing the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing strategy across all Grayce brands, tailoring approaches for bridal/formal retail and leadership consulting.
• Manage and mentor a small team including a Marketing Specialist, In-Store Content Creators, and Google Ads Specialist.
• Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social, web, SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Maintain brand voice and visual standards across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Generate new ideas & initiatives to grow traffic
• Plan and manage content calendars, promotions, launch campaigns, and events.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with store leadership teams to support in-store traffic, events, and community engagement.
• Support content creation, including photo/video shoots, blog posts, and branded storytelling.
• Represent the brand publicly when needed — at events, partnerships, or networking opportunities.
• Maintain &/or redesign website on Squarespace platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage external marketing partners.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and email marketing.
• Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Passion for the fashion/bridal industry and alignment with Grayce's brand values.
• High-level organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with strong execution and follow-through.
• Elevated eye for design & branding.

Requirements

• Must live within 30 miles of Chattanooga, TN or Bangor, ME.
• Ability to work in a shared office space located in our Chattanooga or Bangor store, with the option to work remotely 1 day per week once training is completed.
• Availability to travel to all stores for photo shoots, content creation, team events, and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel to leadership team retreats or industry events for 2-4 days, 2-5 times per year.
