Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Strategy & Finance Specialist to drive operational excellence and strategic planning within our team. This role involves managing internal communications, overseeing operations, and supporting resource allocation. The specialist will play a crucial role in developing/integrating it into key forums, as well as leading marketing investment analytics and research projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications, including Team Meetings, Distribution Lists, Org Charts, and regional Weekly Highlights.
• Manage operations for the in-house creative agency, including tech inventory and supplies.
• Handle ad hoc assignments, including marketing investment analytics and other value-added research projects such as Consumer Media Trends and Sports Betting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the Monthly Performance Report, set targets, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with external partners to manage contractor workforce and lead operational strategy and organizational design for Connections.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to lead operational processes and manage contractor workforce effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing investment analytics and industry trends, including media and consumer behavior.
• Understanding of strategic planning cycles and KPI development.
• Passion for advertising and marketing, with an understanding of consumer trends in media, digital, sports, and music.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $50.00/hr.
