At our salon, we specialize in cutting, coloring, styling, and professional straightening treatments. While we provide training specifically for our straightening services, you must already have experience in all other areas to be considered for this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform precision haircuts, creative color work, and stylish blowouts tailored to each client
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results that build client trust and loyalty
  • Learn and apply our professional straightening treatments with in-salon training
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets salon hygiene standards
  • Recommend salon products to support clients' hair care routines
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming, positive environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working as a hair stylist in a salon setting (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong cutting and coloring skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • A professional, team-oriented attitude
  • Valid cosmetology license
  • Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training
