Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Training:
  • Provide direction, motivation, and guidance to cleaning teams.
  • Train new hires on procedures, equipment, and safety.
  • Assign work, create schedules, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Operations & Quality Control:
  • Perform general and deep cleaning duties (floors, restrooms, surfaces).
  • Inspect work areas to ensure high standards are met.
  • Oversee security, maintenance, and securing premises.
  • Inventory & Equipment:
  • Monitor and manage stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and safe for use.
  • Communication & Reporting:
  • Report to supervisors and relay information between staff, clients, and management.
  • Handle client-facing customer service and address issues.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards.
