We have 2 different types of Point of Sales areas that the team helps with.
 
On the Admissions side, you are the first face our guests see before coming into the park, ambassador for our membership programs, and the last person to assist them out of the park after they've had an exciting experience at KidZania. This team helps with greeting visitors, money handling while working with them on their transactions to purchase tickets or other merchandise in the park and ensure that the guests have a solid understanding of what the experience is about.
 
On the Retail side you work inside one of the retail shops we have inside the park. Those shops include a Convenient store, our PaZZport Rewards program center, and our merchandise shop. Things that you will be responsible for; greeting guests, money handling, helping manage inventory in your areas, assist with sales and answering questions regarding the facility and the programs we have.
 
We also keep our "city" clean by keeping our areas well maintained.
 
There may be other tasks and projects that can be assigned based on operational needs.

Schedules/Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Day shift (Primarily Weekends during school year, or Weekdays during school Holidays)
  • Morning shift (Primarily Weekdays During Field Trips during school year)

  • Friday through Sunday availability Required
