Job Description
Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager to lead and drive a full Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams through all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, from planning and design through build, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Provide strong functional knowledge and hands-on configuration across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
- Manage project teams, including workstream leads, to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met with high quality.
- Oversee project financials, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, prototyping, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and guide decision-making with business stakeholders.
- Develop solution blueprints, best practice process designs, and support strategy definition.
- Deliver product walkthroughs, familiarization sessions, and targeted training for business teams.
- Coordinate functional design and configuration activities across all Oracle HCM modules.
- Support legacy data conversion efforts and lead end-to-end testing cycles, including test case creation and execution.
- Perform cutover activities and support go-live and post-go-live operations.
- Create proof-of-concepts and conference room pilots to demonstrate solution approaches before moving to design and development.
- Anticipate client needs, propose solution alternatives, and support delivery teams throughout the engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- At least 3 years in a functional advisory or consulting role across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence Management.
- Experience leading a minimum of two full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of North American HR processes and US regulatory requirements.
- Prior consulting or systems integrator experience.
- Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
Top Skills and Experience
- 10 years of hands-on experience in system integration, program and project management (Agile and Waterfall), enterprise architecture, ERP solutions, and business intelligence.
- 10 years of experience gathering business requirements and delivering IT solutions aligned with business strategies and operational needs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $ $100.00 per hour
