Join our team as a Sales & Banquet Coordinator at the Holiday Inn in the United States. This role is vital in ensuring our guests experience exceptional service and memorable events, aligning with our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales efforts to promote hotel services and banquet facilities.
  • Assist in planning and executing banquets and events.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and catering teams to meet client needs.
  • Manage event setups and ensure timely execution.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and sales activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or event coordination within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and banquet management is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
