This position is for the Firstbase business unit
Remote work is the biggest workplace revolution in history. Nothing will deliver a higher quality of life upgrade in the next decade. The biggest challenge is in providing the infrastructure that makes going remote easy for companies and Firstbase is delivering this core infrastructure that makes remote and hybrid work possible and sustainable for companies around the world.
Today, we serve both workers and businesses by doing two things: we give businesses the ability to instantly support remote workers with all the physical goods they need to do great work (from computers to furniture to company swag & perks), and we give workers the ability to pick and choose what they need for their unique circumstances, then return it when they leave.
About You
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager of Supply Chain Partner Operations to lead partner onboarding, strengthen day-to-day operational procedures, and support global expansion initiatives. In this role, you'll manage complex cross-functional projects that bring new partners online, refine how we work with them, and enhance the systems and procedures that power our operations.
You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Legal—ensuring partners are set up for success and that internal teams stay aligned from planning through execution. You'll be at the center of how we work with our global partners, shaping the operational procedures that enable long-term scale and continuous improvement. This role offers meaningful exposure to global operations, systems enhancements, and new partner programs, along with genuine ownership and autonomy to drive high-quality outcomes across the business. It's a great fit for someone who thrives in operations, loves building clarity, and takes pride in delivering results that make a real impact.
What you'll do and how you'll have an impact
- Lead Partner Onboarding & Launches
- Run the full onboarding lifecycle for new partners — requirements, SOW coordination, planning, launch, and stabilization.
- Build detailed project plans, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Develop partner-facing documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions to partners and internal teams.
- Define and refine operational procedures, including partner workflows used in day-to-day execution.
- Support updates to operational systems and tools (e.g., Retool apps, partner integrations) by gathering requirements, coordinating testing, and managing rollout.
- Support Global Expansion & Vendor Programs
- Manage operational workstreams for new market launches, partner expansions, and new program introductions (e.g., ITAD, category expansions, reverse logistics workflows).
- Coordinate RFQ/RFP timelines, vendor onboarding activities, and cross-functional input.
- Maintain readiness checklists, risk logs, and centralized project documentation and ensure alignment across internal and external teams
- Drive Project Management Excellence
- Own project communications, meeting cadences, status updates, and dashboards.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies; recommend improved or standardized procedures, and lead adoption across teams.
- Develop templates, playbooks, and repeatable procedures that enhance operational consistency.
What we're looking for
- 5–10 years in operations, project management, partner operations, supply chain operations, or program management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-team, multi-stream projects from kickoff to completion.
- Strong ability to build, document, and maintain operational procedures and SOPs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with Finance and Legal teams.
- Comfortability aligning system updates and requirements with Product/Engineering.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive—skilled at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous problems.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
