Position Summary
As a Client Success Specialist you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of regional clients, helping them achieve their goals, adopt our solutions effectively, and drive long-term value from our products and services.
Your role will be a blend of relationship management, strategic advising, and operational execution. You'll ensure client satisfaction, encourage product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth and retention to include training needs.
Essential Functions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client goals and challenges and help them achieve measurable success with our solutions.
- Monitor client survey feedback and follow up on detractor surveys.
- Initiate client success projects, establish a regular meeting cadence, and coordinate required resources.
- Observe regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), with clients.
- Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to product/feature development discussions.
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and reference ability.
- Must be prepared for domestic travel.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, OR equivalent professional experience in a role requiring high levels of organization, communication, and client interaction.
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts with varying needs
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and client success platforms such as CloadCoach
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into client action plans
- Empathetic, client-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
To Excel
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Background in the Healthcare industry
