We are seeking an experienced RF System Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the development and optimization of RF transceiver systems and compact RF design for a wearable device. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF engineering, with specific experience in end-to-end RF chain design and the ability to design compact RF solutions along with demonstrable laboratory and/or field testing experience with advanced RF systems as well. Priority given to candidates with past experience in consumer electronics, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), medical imaging, automotive (LIDAR), and/or avionics radar.

We are an early-stage, stealth tech startup based in San Francisco, developing innovative hardware that rethinks human-computer interaction. While we can't reveal too much just yet, our team is tackling cutting-edge engineering challenges to bring revolutionary products to life.

Qualifications
:


• Master's degree in electrical engineering, specializing in RF/Microwave Engineering or a similar field.


• At least 5 years of experience in RF circuit and system design, particularly with RF transceivers and compact design techniques.


• Profound knowledge of RF concepts such as impedance matching, signal integrity, and RF synthesizer.


• Strong background in RF design tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST or similar.


• Demonstrated proficiency in Schematic design and PCB layout techniques for high-frequency circuits and the ability to resolve complex RF issues. Familiar with tools such as Altium.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven record of innovation in RF design.
