JOB SUMMARY: To protect the assets of the casino by auditing the daily drop crew, and all financial postings done by the Drop Crew.   JOB DUTIES:
  1. Audit Table Games daily, three drops, one per shift.
  2. Audit Bingo daily.  Back up for paper count on first of every month.
  3. Responsible for completing Casino Flash Report.
  4. WinnaVegas Progressive log daily.
  5. Cover Drop Auditor duties and fill in for Revenue or other auditor when needed.
  6. Fill in for Revenue Clerk, help count and do tills when necessary.  A spreadsheet is done daily for tables fills and credits to help balance month-end table games.
  7. Complete daily hotel audit.
  8. Responsible tracking and completing 1099's for Promotions on the floor. 
  9. Complete Journal Entries when necessary.
  10. Will train other positions when needed.
  11. Will update desk procedures annually.
  12. Any other reports when asked, i.e. Bingo Attendance, bad checks, buffet mailers, concert logs, W2G look ups/edit.
  13. Pick up paperwork at cage of previous days activities.
  14. Perform all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Associate Degree in Accounting.
  2. Strong understanding of computers, knowledge of spreadsheets, understanding and reading various reports.
  3. Ability to run a 10 key calculator by touch
  4. Two years accounting experience.
  5. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests.
  7. Good organizational and clerical skills required.
  8. Must be able to obtain gaming license.
  9. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
  10. Native American preference.
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT Must have a telephone Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs Willingness to work hand in hand with all departments, and ability to rectify any problems observed in audit procedures Must be able to work during the Drop Crew activities, i.e., when the Drop Crew is removing coins from the slot machines and removing bill acceptors Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.

Compensation: $ $26.83 per hour
