Job Summary:

The Receiving Coordinator manages the intakes of goods and materials, ensuring accurate verification against purchase orders, proper documentation, and storage in a warehouse setting. This role involves confirming the quality and quantity of incoming products, recording receipts, and organizing distribution within the property. The Receiving Coordinator also maintains HACCP records for food products and conducts quality tests.

Responsibilities:

1. Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and storage.

2. Confirm the quality and quantity of received products and record receipts in the ordering system.

3. Organize distribution of products within the property.

4. Maintain HACCP records for incoming food products and conduct food quality tests.

5. Monitor receiving accuracy and communicate with Procurement and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.

6. Unload and unpack inbound and outbound products, reconciling contents against purchase orders.

7. Communicate with other departments to track the chain of custody of products.

8. Maintain cleanliness in work areas including loading bays, receiving areas, and warehouse storage.

9. Maintain a Food Manager Certification and Forklift Certification.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving role.
  • Knowledge of receiving procedures, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and maintain required certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
