What You'll Be Doing as an Entry Level Manager Trainee:

  • Learn to lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on achieving Verizon's customer acquisition goals
  • Deliver coaching and constructive feedback to drive team performance and ensure continued Leadership Development for all representatives
  • Track daily sales activity, team metrics, and campaign performance using advanced CRM tools
  • Support the senior Sales Manager and leadership with scheduling, specialized training, and team planning activities
  • Participate directly in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives—a key function of the Entry Level Manager Trainee position
  • Take full ownership of territory execution, sales goals, and promotional campaigns as a dedicated Entry Level Manager Trainee
  • Resolve customer or sales rep issues quickly and professionally, demonstrating sound managerial judgment and advanced Leadership Development
  • Contribute to our culture of success and commitment to ongoing Leadership Development

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Manager Trainee:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in Business, Leadership Development, or Communications is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or team support—especially in telecom or consulting
  • A passion for leadership and a strong interest in securing a management career
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using technology to track sales performance and make data-informed decisions as an Entry Level Manager Trainee
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment built for results
