Senior Full Stack Engineer

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Platform) - this is a remote position for US/Tel Aviv based candidates.

 while safeguarding user funds. We analyze protocol mechanics and scenario implications using world-class custom EVM simulations to provide actionable insights.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior 
Full Stack Engineer
 to join our team. Reporting directly to the 
Platform Team Lead
, you will play a critical role in building data-driven dashboards and tools to support risk analysis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with research and protocol teams to deliver high-quality frontend and backend components that power protocol security insights.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects: break down high-level goals into actionable tasks, propose technical approaches, and drive execution end-to-end.

• Design and implement scalable 
  frontend dashboards
   and tools that visualize protocol risk, integrating tightly with backend data sources.

• Build and maintain robust 
  GraphQL APIs
   and data services that serve our UI and internal tools.

• Evolve our 
  Alert Portal
  , owning new feature development, architectural improvements, and performance optimizations.

• Partner with research and protocol teams to deeply understand DeFi protocols and present insights via intuitive, data-rich interfaces.

• Mentor and support junior engineers by sharing best practices in full-stack development.

• Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, documentation, and code reviews.

• Take initiative in identifying product opportunities and technical improvements across the platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with modern technologies , Python, etc.).

• Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver production-grade features with minimal supervision.

• Strong experience building React-based web applications.

• Solid understanding of API design, especially using GraphQL.

• Experience working with data-intensive applications or analytics dashboards.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-ownership environments with shifting priorities.

• Passion for high-quality engineering and building tools that solve real user problems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for DeFi and blockchain technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-native services (AWS/GCP).

• Strong foundation in frontend engineering best practices including accessibility, performance, and testing.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.

• Interest in or curiosity about DeFi and blockchain technologies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
