Objective/Purpose

The Visual Inspector of Finished Parts is responsible for visually inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying and segregating defective parts, and maintaining accurate inspection records. This role also supports equipment upkeep and workplace organization, directly contributing to Konec's reputation for delivering defect-free components to our customers.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections of finished products for external quality
  • Conduct QR leading and stacking of inspected products
  • Identify, sort, and isolate defective parts; record good/defective counts
  • Maintain inspection equipment with routine cleaning and greasing
  • Keep inspection area organized and safe
  • Record daily work quantities (good, defective, pending judgment) and track defect types

Abilities and Qualifications

Required:

  • Able to learn and absorb technical training
  • Corrected vision of 1.0 or better; no issues with color blindness or color weakness

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in visual/external inspection in a manufacturing environment
