Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable HCM solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical developers, integration specialists, and data migration teams.
  • Prepare documentation including functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and quarterly release testing.
  • Drive best practices and ensure compliance with company HR policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years
    of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least
    3+ years
    in
    Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
    .
  • Strong expertise in at least two HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting.
  • Experience with
    HCM Data Loader (HDL)
    ,
    Fast Formulas
    , and
    BI Publisher/OTBI reports
    .
  • Familiarity with integrations using
    HCM Extracts
    and
    REST/SOAP APIs
    .
  • Strong functional understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
