Your Role As Our Road-Trip Hero

  • Safely transport our little learners to and from school, ensuring every ride is a happy, secure adventure.
  • Create a fun, character-building vibe on the bus with kid-friendly music and positive language.
  • Keep your vehicle in top shape with daily inspections, ensuring it meets state licensing and DMV standards.
  • Monitor behavior, document any concerns, and keep the director in the loop to maintain a smooth ride.
  • Greet authorized pick-ups with a smile, ensuring safe handoffs every time.
  • Stay sharp with in-service training, staff meetings, and parent events to stay connected with our community.

Job Description
What Makes You Our Star Driver
:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Meets all state preschool and bus driver requirements.
  • Qualifies under Cadence Education's insurance underwriting standards.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certifications.

  • Inspect your bus daily to ensure it's safe and ready for the road.
  • Follow state rules and regulations to keep kids secure during every trip.
  • Maintain a clean, fueled-up vehicle and a professional look that aligns with our dress code.

  • Stay on top of certifications and paperwork to keep compliance in check.
