Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience in an analytical environment, working with business intelligence, data, or strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI hiring across Cloud, including GenAI.
- Experience in sourcing and attracting niche skillsets in an engaged market.
- Experience working with executive leaders, managing stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understanding of Google's hiring landscape and current external market.
- Ability to innovate and scale hiring processes, building teams in a changing, global environment, and collaborate effectively across multiple regions.
- Excellent problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication and people-management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Oversee global delivery and headcount management for 2 key sub product areas within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage a team of recruiters responsible for work distribution, hiring efficiencies, and developing delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate across GCP and broader Cloud Tech recruiting ecosystem to ensure we are forward thinking and advancing our edge in the AI market and evolving with the demands of the changing environment.
- Provide exceptional stakeholder management with partners across Pops to ensure alignment to our organization Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and collaborative initiatives ensuring cohesion in how we deliver talent.
