Head of Marketing - Mortgage Banking

What you'll do:

As the Head of Marketing, you'll lead AmeriHome's enterprise-wide marketing strategy and execution across all origination channels: Delegated Correspondent, Non-Delegated Correspondent, Consumer Direct, and Distributed Retail. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help to grow and shape the company's brand, drive revenue growth, and expand market share by delivering innovative marketing strategies that support both B2B and B2C lending channels.
  • Lead the company's marketing vision and strategy across all lending channels.
  • Partner with business line leaders to deliver tailored marketing plans that fuel growth in Correspondent and Retail channels.
  • Elevate the company's brand through digital, content, PR, events, and partner marketing initiatives.  
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.
  • Leverage technology and analytics tools and partners to maximize campaign performance and ROI.  
  • Oversee creation of sales enablement tools, borrower campaigns, and partner programs that drive origination volume.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field a bonus.
  • Senior leadership experience required.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge in Correspondent and Retail Lending
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Expert with leveraging Data, CRM Systems and Marketing automation to drive decisions.
  • Expert with brand strategy, digital marketing, SEO, social media and integrated campaigns.
  • Expert speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.
     
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $159, $197,331.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
