What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the overall provision and success of all types of resident programs in the Reflections Memory Care Neighborhood
  • Planning, directing, performing, facilitating and monitoring the Memory Care program
  • Contribute to a positive resident experience by planning and facilitating activities that enrich their lives.

What You'll Need:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an activity/programming-related position, preferably in memory care or experience as a home health aide
  • Alzheimer's and dementia training are preferred
