What You'll Be Doing:

  • Chasing Leads & Closing Deals – Prospect like a pro. Build a pipeline. Turn cold calls into contracts.
  • Own the Sales Cycle – From first handshake to final signature, you'll drive it all.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor – Listen, understand, and deliver high-value solutions that keep our clients moving.
  • Command the Room – Present like a rockstar to key decision-makers and executives.
  • Manage & Grow Accounts – You're not just selling — you're building partnerships.
  • Stay Sharp – Know the market, the competition, and what sets Tyree miles ahead.
  • Track Your Hustle – Keep your CRM game tight.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (fuel, lubes, or industrial markets = big bonus)
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Killer communication and negotiation chops
  • CRM and Microsoft Office fluency
  • Self-motivated, goal-smashing mindset
  • Integrity, hustle, and a strong team spirit
