Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and highly communicative Inside Sales Rep / Appointment Setter to support our sales team. This is a remote position responsible for:
● Handling inbound inquiries
● Messaging leads
● Following up across multiple channels
● Setting sales calls for our closers
● Supporting ticket upgrades for live events
The majority of leads are warm - people who have filled out forms, attended events, or expressed interest in Ryan's work.
This is NOT a closing role.
Your job is to create conversations, warm up leads, and book calls for our closers to enroll clients into our coaching programs.
We will provide full training, scripts, daily guidance, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
● Manage inbound DMs from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
● Send outbound DMs to warm leads and past event attendees.
● Respond to form submissions and nurture them into booked calls.
● Follow up with old leads and re-engage past prospects.
● Encourage ticket upgrades (GA → VIP) for upcoming events.
● Set qualified appointments for the sales closers each day.
● Track conversations and follow-ups inside the CRM.
● Maintain a high level of communication, positivity, and professionalism.
● Hit weekly targets for conversations, show-up rate, and booked calls.
Requirements
● Experience in appointment setting, SDR work, inside sales, or DM-based outreach.
● Strong written communication skills and social media messaging ability.
● Comfortable sending high volumes of daily messages and follow-ups.
● Coachable, high-energy, and organized – able to follow proven scripts.
● Passion for personal development, mindset work, or coaching industries.
Must be reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
● Strong understanding of emotional intelligence and client rapport-building.
Bonus (not required):
● Experience in coaching, masterminds, or live events.
● CRM experience (GHL preferred).
● Familiarity with Ryan Zofay's work or similar speakers/coaches.
Compensation
● $50,000 base salary per year (Erranding on Bonus can be upto 120k).
● Bonus incentives based on:
○ Qualified-show rate.
○ Conversions from your appointments.
● Advancement opportunities to move into Closer roles as you grow.
● Full training & development provided.
Schedule
● Full-time position
● Hybrid (possibility).
● Must also be available during event weeks and high-volume follow-up periods.
● Occasional weekend hours depending on campaigns.
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
