We are currently seeking a Service Advisor / Customer Care Specialist that is reliable, honest, friendly, helpful, and can work in a fast paced but fun environment. We focus on a positive culture while helping each other grow personally and professionally. Our benefit package includes an hourly rate, paid vacations, personal and sick days, paid holidays, 5-day work weeks with Saturdays and Sundays off Clean and safe work area, Direct deposit paycheck every Friday (just in time for the weekend), room to grow and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Support Service Advisor and Management Team with parts ordering, Work Order entry, Estimating, and work flow management.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on service appointments and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English, with a focus on customer support and client services
  • Brings a Go Getter / Can Do / Positive Attitude
  • Ability to say "yes" and make things happen
  • Is tech savvy and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in automotive repair and maintenance environments preferred, however is not required
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling effectively
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Reliable transportation and commitment
  • Familiarity with call center operations and analysis skills
