Who we are and what we do

Pickens Animal Rescue Veterinary Hospital medically cares for all of our animals at the 501c3 rescue ranch, along with animals in the community. All of the profits made at the vet clinic go into the rescue funds to continue growing the rescue and better help the animals that we take in while they are waiting for their forever homes.

Pickens Animal Rescue Veterinary Hospital is looking for a veterinarian that has a passion for helping animals. The best candidate will have a love for animals and be compassionate with them and their owners, and be able to handle high volume. We are working on and hoping to implement a low cost spay/neuter clinic for the community, as well as hoping to work more closely with local animal shelters to help them with more affordable vet care to be able to spay/neuter more pets. Ideally we are seeking a candidate to fill this role, at least two days a month.
