We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical components and systems with precision, ensuring each product meets quality standards and specifications. Duties

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble mechanical parts and systems
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges to verify component dimensions and tolerances
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication tools to assemble and modify parts as needed
  • Conduct machining tasks including drilling, tapping, and cutting to prepare components for assembly
  • Perform soldering on electrical connections when required for integrated assemblies
  • Utilize forklifts and warehouse experience to handle materials efficiently within the production area
  • Follow safety protocols during assembly processes, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate assembly
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Experience with fabrication, machining, soldering, and welding techniques is highly desirable
  • Ability to operate forklifts and navigate warehouse settings safely
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
