Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Quality Control Supervisor in Pleasant Prairie.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality control inspectors and leads across all shifts, including scheduling, resource allocation, and training.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations such as ISO 9001and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Review and approve quality records, batch documentation, and non-conformance reports. Manage calibration schedules and oversee inspection equipment.
  • Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support internal and external audits, including those conducted by ISO.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Production departments to improve process capability and reduce defects.
  • Monitor production trends and quality metrics (e.g., scrap rates, yield) and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in change control processes and ensure that technical documentation and quality procedures are up to date.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a quality leadership role within a regulated industry, particularly with medical device manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Experience with CAPA systems, audits, and quality investigations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a team across different shifts.
