6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Payroll Manager on behalf of a client in Atlanta, GA. This position will oversee payroll operations for both U.S. and international locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll management experience, knowledge of multi-state and global payroll requirements, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process multi-state and international payroll with accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll systems, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Lead payroll audits and implement effective internal controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

5+ years of payroll management experience, including multi-state payroll.

Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG) and Excel.

CPP certification preferred; strong communication and leadership skills required.
