We are hiring an Entry Level Telecom Sales Associate to support customer outreach and sales efforts in the Concord, CA area. This entry level position focuses on direct customer interaction, product education, and closing sales while representing a leading telecom brand. The Entry Level Telecom Sales Associate role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience, develop professional sales skills, and advance into higher-level opportunities.

As an Entry Level Telecom Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue, building brand awareness, and delivering a positive customer experience from first interaction through activation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to present telecom products, services, and current promotions
  • Educate customers on product features, pricing options, and service benefits
  • Close sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Guide customers through the full activation and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
  • Stay informed on updated deals, promotions, and service changes
  • Represent the client's brand professionally in all customer-facing interactions
  • Contribute to daily and weekly sales targets as an Entry Level Telecom Sales Associate

Qualifications

  • No prior sales or telecom experience required; this is an entry level role with training provided
