Job Description:

As a Part-Time Appliance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their product inquiries, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. You'll work closely with the team to ensure that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. In this role, your main goal will be to drive sales while maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate appliances
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions to customers
  • Assist with merchandise displays and stocking
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Help customers with returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Average pay: $22-$39 per hour including commission on sales.

Schedule:

Part-time hours; Mondays and Saturdays. (Saturdays required)
