Team Members provide Skyline Time service to our guests in an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing, fun, wholesome, clean and safe manner. While each Team Member is hired for a primary position (Server & Production), each team member may be asked to assist in fulfilling other position duties. It is desirable that each Team Member be cross-trained in each duty.
 
Production
The Production team member is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to Skyline Chili's recipes and standards. This includes measuring and mixing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Production team member must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Additionally, the Production team member may be responsible for other duties as assigned by management.
Work Requirements & Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting. Job requires substantial repetitive motions of the wrist, hands and fingers.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This can include cases, service trays, spaghetti lugs, bus tubs, trash cans, and any other item up to that weight several times per shift.
  • Ability to follow all health and safety laws, policies and procedures. Frequent hand washing is required.
  • Follows all required procedures outlined in Skyline Chili's cash handling policy.
  • Possess basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
  • Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance.
  • Outgoing and willing to serve the public in a positive manner.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and pleasant manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 15 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law.
