Role: On-Site Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee and manage daily front desk operations, check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest issues.
• Maintain operational readiness and provide on-call support for critical or urgent situations.
• Ensure housekeeping quality, room readiness, laundry processes, and inventory management.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and perform basic repairs when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and regulatory standards.

Financial & Administrative

• Manage cash handling, deposits, daily revenue reports, PM reconciliation, and night audit oversight.
• Monitor and control operating expenses and inventories.
• Create weekly staffing schedules and oversee timecard reporting aligned to budget.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state lodging/health regulations.

Staff Leadership

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping and front-desk staff (2+ employees depending on occupancy). Note: As per FLSA, we cannot classify a non managerial role as exempt and has to be ssupervising minimuum 2 members.
• Conduct performance reviews, productivity checks, and corrective actions.
• Resolve day-to-day workplace issues and promote a positive work environment.

Guest Experience

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor OTA reviews and implement guest experience improvement plans.
• Support cleanliness and service audit compliance.

Sales & Revenue Management

• Monitor occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
• Execute approved promotions and local marketing activities.
• Ensure OTA listings remain accurate and coordinate with the Revenue team for pricing and inventory updates.

Housing Requirement : This role includes mandatory on-site housing, provided at a fair and reasonable nominal market rental value as part of total compensation. Housing ensures operational coverage and emergency response readiness. Required Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/motel operations (front desk, housekeeping, or supervisory roles), preferably in properties 20+ rooms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and direct staff.
• Must pass background verification as per company policy.

• The role supervises one or more full-time or equivalent employees.
• The role has authority over scheduling and work assignments
• The position is paid on a salary basis that meets state and federal minimum thresholds.
• The role exercises independent judgment on significant operational matters.

Pay: $36, $38,000.00 per year
