Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services and will have the following skills/capabilities:

Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements

· Create functional requirement and design for customizations

· Document existing process flows and develop future process flows

· Develop wireframes

· Develop user stories and acceptance criteria

· Assist in developing test scenarios and cases

· Participate and support rollout and training activities

· Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements

· Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs

· Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
  • Strong client-service orientation and focus
  • Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to CFSAs
  • Experience across a variety of industries
  • Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
  • The candidate will need to be able to attend and participate in on-site meetings from 8:30am-5:30pm eastern time zone.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • business analyst supporting an implementation IT platform: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Develop user requirements, user stories/acceptance criteria: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Develop wireframes and mockups: 2 years (Preferred)
  • written/oral English communication and presentation skills: 6 years (Preferred)
  • Jira or Microsoft ADO or similar tool: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Figma or similar tool: 1 year (Preferred)
  • process diagram tools as Lucid Charts or Vizio or similar: 1 year (Preferred)
