Hours Per Week: The hours per week depend on the demand for work and the availability of our therapists. "Our scheduling is Flexible". Our therapists are hired as "Independent Contractors" and can choose the jobs as they come up. So, you work as little or as much as you need. Requests for appointments can vary. Many appointments are scheduled the same day and others are scheduled well in advance.

Therapists will be set-up with an online calendar. Schedules are communicated and coordinated through Body Tech Reservations and an Appointment Calendar System. Therapists will receive notification of up-coming appointments that are needing to be scheduled, and once scheduled, appointment reminders/alerts will be sent via text message.

Benefits of a Body Tech Massage Spa Service Provider ~

· Our company representatives do all the marketing and advertising.

· Body Tech Reservations Specialists schedules all appointments, follows pre-screening procedures for uniformity and for the safety of our therapists and clients.

· Body Tech provides uniforms and appointment kits.

· Make your own hours and take as many appointments as you need.

· No exclusive contracts.

· Great income potential.

Income Potential: The compensation is exceptional and is much higher than the average massage spa business. Independent contractors are compensated between $ $100.00 and $ $400.00 give or take per each scheduled appointment. Therapists also receive 100% of their gratuities. The compensation is even more when a couple or few clients are scheduled per each appointment.

Body Tech Massage Service Providers will provide "ETHICAL" Mobile Table or Chair Massage Spa Services and be compensated for the following:

· Hotels Employees & Guests (paid at a 50 to 60 percent commission)

· Residential Clients (paid at a 50 to 60 percent commission)

· Corporate & Events (paid at an hourly rate of $40.00 to $60.00)

· Spa Parities (paid at an hourly rate of $50.00 to $60.00)

Individuals, Couples, Small to Large Groups

We do expect our therapists to be on time and keep their scheduled appointments. If there is an emergency, therapists shall contact our Reservations Specialists as soon as possible for rescheduling. All appointments will be rescheduled or canceled during emergency situations such as tropical storms/hurricanes and pandemic breakouts.

Requirements: Prior to hire, Body Tech needs to obtain copies of the following:

· Resume

· References

· Completed Body Tech application

· State license (LMT)

· Board certification (This is recommended but not required)

· Malpractice insurance policy (with Body Tech Jax Inc. listed as an additional insurer)

· Valid driver's license

· Automobile insurance policy

· Local business licenses & permits required in your county

· W9 form

· Up to date continuing education

Supplies Required by LMT

· Reliable vehicle

· Mobile phone

· Massage table & bolster

· Massage chair

· Massage music

· Fresh clean linens

· Massage lotions & oils (natural massage products)

· Aromatherapy

· Dim lighting to create ambiance

· Appointment kits and uniforms will be provided by Body Tech

As an Independent Contractor you shall supply all the massage equipment, products, and supplies for all appointments. Your appointment kit will be provided by Body Tech which will include all your client intake forms and marketing materials. Some of our massage "Spa" services require special training and spa products/supplies. When providing "Spa" services, Body Tech Spa Kits can be checked-out.
