Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
  • Strong background in inventory management and control practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Familiarity with sales management techniques to drive performance is highly desirable.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
