We're looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to join our Health Services team in a welcoming assisted living and memory care community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and being part of a team that truly makes a difference.

In this role, you'll:

  • Help with staff scheduling and daily coordination
  • Order supplies and keep track of inventory
  • Support meal deliveries and related paperwork
  • Provide general administrative support to our nursing staff
