Location: Montour Falls, NY

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Evening | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Local Pay: $1,152/week

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an exciting job in Montour Falls, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in alignment with nursing standards and facility policies.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Communicate any changes in patient condition to supervising clinicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Support patient and family education on health maintenance and care plans.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in New York State.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program (required).

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in long-term care (required).
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
