As a Field Services Technician, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge smart home technology solutions directly to customers. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining advanced home systems, ensuring each customer receives a seamless and professional experience. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while also being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You will leverage technical skills and sales acumen to maximize both customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities. Accountabilities:

· Install, maintain, and service smart home technology systems for residential customers.

· Conduct on-site assessments and provide expert guidance to ensure optimal system performance.

· Generate leads and additional revenue opportunities by offering solutions during service appointments.

· Maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and customer interactions.

· Act with honesty and integrity, representing the company professionally in all customer interactions.

· Follow safety procedures, including evaluating homes to ensure a safe working environment.

· Participate in training programs and ongoing coaching to improve technical and customer service skills.

· Experience in field service, technical installation, or related roles (e.g., cable, internet, solar, pest control, construction).

· Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

· Sales experience in B2C, retail, insurance, or call center environments is highly valued.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to lift up to 45 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics or other confined spaces.

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Physical stamina to bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.

· Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission.
